Really lovely unusual piece, perfect for a costume or those with a fun sense of style! I got it in a vintage store ages ago. It looks to have been handmade, there is no label and whoever made it didn't put a button on the top but it can be held together with a badge, brooch or pin. I'd say would fit a size 6-8
