This is a retired set from 1981.
Note that the colours of the windows and window frames are the opposite of what is on the part on rebrickable. (Red windows instead of yellow, and yellow window frames instead of red).
This will be a great set for a younger child who is just getting into Lego and building some of their first Lego models.
