‼️ All clothing is washed and ironed (if possible) + steamed before shipping. All shoes are thoroughly washed on the outside and treated with an antibacterial agent on the inside before shipping - I am extremely scrupulous and uncompromising in these matters.
‼️ All items are located and stored in a non-smoking home.
✅ I am a responsible user and all the information I provide about the items from my dressing is true and 100% corresponds to reality. Thus, no hidden defects, unnoticed or unmarked stains or other unpleasant surprises for you.
❌ For this reason above, I do not accept any returns.
✅ There are many things in my dressing, because I update my wardrobe very often. I also have many things with tags and / or never worn, because I sometimes make impulse purchases.
‼️ Before sending, I take detailed photos and video of the item, as well as all stages of packaging, to avoid fraud on the part of buyers or shipping companies.
✅ I try to send items quickly (24-48 hours), but sometimes it is impossible due to circumstances beyond my control (for example, the drop-off points are closed for several days in a row).
‼️ You may think that I am strict, but I am quite friendly in relation to adequate requests. So, I will always tell you the sizes, send additional photos or give any other relevant additional information.
