My shoes are carefully preserved and stored with shoe trees and treated twice a year with Saphir shoe care products, including hydration of the leather soles. They are generally of goodyear construction. My focus is on your satisfaction as a customer. Therefore, for purchases over 25 euros and provided that by mistake, and when the article does not correspond to the advertised terms, I accept its return within 2 days of receipt in accordance with Vinted's rules.
I accept reasonable counter offers. I do not value offers with a 40% reduction.
