⏳ We are not responsible for shipping delays – Once your item has been handed over to the courier, we no longer have control over its journey. Please note we only have access to the same tracking information that you do.
📬 For lost parcels, please contact Vinted directly – The postage contract is between you and Vinted, and they handle all delivery-related issues.

📦In accordance with UK Consumer Rights legislation, buyers are entitled to return items within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Conditions for Returns:
1. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received.
2. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered after delivery will have their refund refused and the case escalated to Vinted with a report for breach of Consumer Trading Law.
3. As we are not the original manufacturer or an approved third-party retailer, and as most goods sold are secondhand/pre-loved, we cannot be held responsible for manufacturer quality issues or how long an item lasts over time.
Important Warning:
Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact me within 14 days if there are any concerns. Any attempt to return an item outside of these terms will be treated as misuse of consumer rights. Such cases will be formally documented and reported to Trading Standards for investigation, and may result in further legal action being taken.
