Hey, I always aim to post my items the same day if not deffinatly the next day 😊 i describe my items as they are, most are new with or without tags i will try to post the clothing im selling with a picture of me wearing it to give buyer an idea of what it looks like on and i describe the item exactly how it is I will show pics and state in discription of any defects in item im selling if there is any ive had negative feedback from one seller as she didnt scroll through the pictures and read the discription properly (small stain inside of the bag which was stated and pics shown in ad) she admitted she didnt read ad properly and noticed the stain after re reading the ad & unfortunatly due to no fault of my own there was a delay in her recieving the parcel which is out of my control i sent an hour after buyer bought the bag and tracking was provided automatically i will happily help email courier if there is a delay as i did this buyer and reply when i can, i do work and have children and cannot always reply straight away this buyer bombarded me with rude messages despite trying to ressolve the issue with the delay. Its frustrating but it happens automatic proof of item being sent will go to inbox and to my email if any further proof of postage is needed.
